Located on the northwest rim of an extinct volcano in the Apoyo Lagoon Natural Reserve, the view is...spectacular! Looking out from the Castillo terrace, in front of you lies the ancient volcanic Apoyo lake. In the distance, you can see the Mombacho volcano, Lake Nicaragua, the city of Granada and the Isletas ,and sometimes Concepcion.

Casa Smart war planerisch die grösste Herausforderung, obwohl es das kleinste unserer Häuser ist. Wie klein kann ein Haus sein und trotzdem grossartig wirken? Offenbar ist es uns gelungen, die richtige Proportion zu finden...denn: Casa Smart wird von unseren Gästen sehr geschätzt. Vielleicht liegt es am "Baumhaus-Charakter", der dadurch entstanden ist, dass Casa Smart im oberen Geschoss mit Fensterläden komplett zu öffnen ist. So kann man aus dem grossen Bett direkt in die Baumwipfel blicken.

This casita features private bathroom with an outdoor private garden shower , AC, WiFi . The’ queen bed has 100%cotton sheets and a mosquito net. The pavilion has refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender , single electric burner and toaster oven plus tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.***There is no hot water but the water temp is not cold.

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.
