Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. Hay aire acondicionado frio, calor, por conductos, también hay radiadores de gas natural, la iluminación es graduable. Don't worry about a thing, you'll find everything you might need: clean bed sheets and towels, hairdryer, soap, kitchen items, coffee, tea... for you to relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the historic center of the town, just a few meters away from the Mercado Central (Central Market). It's located at the edge of a quiet plaza next to a very charming pedestrian street, with artisanal basketry and woodwork shops, very lively during the day but very quiet at night. No cars or bars.
