The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Ma petite cabane sous les toits (mansardée)

Un vrai petit nid douillet sous les toits au cœur de la ville de Nice, très ensoleillé et au calme, prenez soin de ma petite cabane :) L'appartement est mansardé sur un étage, il ressemble à une Tiny House car il fait 33 m2 au total dont 15 m2 loi carrez, et l'entrée se fait par un escalier privatif. L'espace nuit est ouvert sur le séjour. J'ai vécu 2 ans dans la cabane pour la rénover et en faire un véritable cocoon pour vous accueillir.
