This house sits on 1.5 acres, with a fully fenced area for dogs, that backs up to 350 acres of public BLM land for you to explore. Nearby Wickiup reservoir, Paulina lake, Twin lakes and more! This is the perfect home for a getaway with loved ones to explore what Central Oregon has to offer!

The Hobbit Hole (pet friendly!)

Humble 1 acre fenced-in property is perfect for couples or people with dogs! Called the hobbit hole in honor of the hobbit obsessed past owner. On the property you will find Tolkien quotes on trees and a couple “hobbit size”doorways. (People over 6’ beware! 😂) There are 2 bedrooms, a pullout bed in the living room, and 1 office. The cabin is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Bend and 8 minutes from La Pine State Park. The 4 bed (2 separate bedrooms and one sleep/lounge area) and 1 bathroom cabin + secluded and fully fenced outside area offers a cozy gathering place close to some of Oregons most beautiful destinations (i.e. Smith Rock State Park, Mount Bachelor,...).

During the winter season, activities such as snowboarding, skiing, sledding, and snow mobile rides are only within 40 minutes away at Mt. Bachelor. City life in Bend is only 30 min away.
