This apartment is a great getaway! It's is situated in a rural setting, close to lakes, ski areas only 15 minutes to downtown Durango. You can enjoy hiking and snowshoeing out the back door. We have world-class mountain biking only minutes away. It is great for any traveler or nature seeker. You can enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch and watch the deer and incredible sunrises and sunsets. We live on-site and will do whatever it takes to make your time here more than a vacation.
