3 bedroom 2bath home on paved road 5 minutes from downtown Durango. Owners live on this 5 acre property adjacent to the rental house. Beautiful canyon on Lightner Creek Road. Trails and multiple tourist destinations in close proximity. pets are allowed, (we have two large dogs on the property), but you must not leave your pet(s) unattended, extra cleaning fee also required. Due to a shared driveway, parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles. A carport and 2 spaces next to it are for guests
