We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Precioso apartamento en primera línea de playa, ubicado en Guainos Bajos, a 3 minutos en coche de Adra. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios (uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con 2 camas en litera). Salón-cocina muy amplio, totalmente equipados. Sofá cama para 2 personas en salón. Cuenta con dos baños completos, uno en la planta baja y otro en la primera planta. Todas las estancias tienen aire acondicionado y dan al exterior. ¡Cuenta también con un pequeño porchecito en el que poder disfrutar las tardes!

The apartment was new in 2009 (renovated 2019) and is situated 3 km from the beach in an authentic Spanish village. The area is great for people that want beach, nature and cultural experiences away from the tourist crowds. Enjoy a stress-free village close to the sea while visiting beautiful Granada or Málaga, hiking in Sierra Nevada or exploring the Almería coast.

There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.
