The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. We are located just 10 minutes from Jesolo and near the seaside resorts of Caorle, Eraclea Mare, and Cavallino, with a wide availability of cycling routes in the Venetian lagoon. The train station, with daily connections to Venice, can be reached in a few kilometers by car. The McArthur Glen outlet is just 10 minutes away. The 75-square-meter apartment features an entrance with a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a private bathroom.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Delisa apartment is a portion of our home. There are no shared rooms, but each space will be for the exclusive use of the guest. In 20 minutes you can reach the beaches of Jesolo and Caorle and 30 minutes the spa town of Bibione and Lignano. The train station is 5km away to reach the enchanting Venice. Also just 30 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful Treviso. Don't worry about sheets, towels or dishes as you will find them clean upon your arrival
