Our family home was designed with the intention to make you feel all of the beach vibes so that you don't even want to leave the deck! From the deck you get a panoramic view of the sea life; watching, sea otters, birds, seals, dolphins, and even whales play in the water! Whether you want to bunker down and sit by the beach or explore the coast of California, we are close to it all. There is so much to do and see at this beach house getaway. Surf, family time at the aquarium, roller coasters, long walks on the beach, mountain hikes, golf, bike rides, bonfires, or burgers and a view; you are guaranteed fun in the sand all year round. Watch the dolphins, whales, seals, swim by one of Santa Cruz's longest semi private beaches and pelicans diving for fish and migrating birds. An ideal location to enjoy surfing, walking, running and relaxing while at the beach. The comfort of our guests is our first priority. We want everyone to enjoy their stay.

1 bedroom attached guesthouse

Our home was originally built in the 1930s. The previous owners lived here until we purchased it in 2016. In the ’90s, her grandkids added onto the house and put up a wall to create a small one-bedroom unit for her to live in and they stayed in the rest of the house while caring for her. When we bought the house, we made some light updates, and we feel really lucky to now be able to share this small space with guests visiting Santa Cruz County.
