Walk to everything! Located between Playa Central and Baja Joes- this one bedroom casita with a full kitchen and amazing roof deck with the best location in La Ventana! Access to a great kite beach right across the street. Internet is STARLINK! The fully contained apartment has a full kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed. There is a deck on the main floor as well as a rooftop deck with a gas fireplace and amazing views on the roof. Lockable storage for kites.

Unique shipping container home with a beautifully landscaped, shaded courtyard which features a private salt water hot tub. The house is custom built from two 40 foot shipping containers. Fully stocked home with great kitchen. The house is perched on the hill just minutes to the beach. Central located close to restaurants, coffee shop, fruit market and grocery all within 10 minute walk. There is a separate casita on site that sleeps 2 that can be rented for additional charge.

LaVentana Beachfront with incredible views, best in the area. 200 feet of beachfront Kite wing leave gear rigged. SUP, Kayak, kite, snorkel here, some areas do not have good beach access, or are a zoo. Safe if you break down wind blows you to the end of the bay 1 mile. Great cooking facilities, walk to grocery store, events, central. A weekly farmers market next door during peak season as well as a coffee shop, 100 meters away. Best wifi with 4 fiberoptic accounts for back-up.
