Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. The home is in Zacatitos, where 'snowbirds' flock, mostly from the northwest and Canada. There are 2 rooms with bathrooms and guest bathroom for the pool and living area. Maximum capacity is 5 people. The kitchen and living room are in the same area overlooking the desert as well as the sea. The pool has a wooden deck with room for a full mattress to view the night stars.

El colchón Queen tiene capacidad 2 personas cómodamente. Tiene aire acondicionado. La cocina cuenta con refrigerador, parrilla , microondas, cafetera, utensilios y vajilla básicos. Tienes acceso al patio al aire libre, a la piscina y terraza donde pueden disfrutar de un área de entretenimiento al aire libre.

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.
