Our apartment NAGENS is ideal for 3 Families sharing for a max. of 8 adults and 4 children or max. 8 adults. Located on the 3rd and 4th floor of House C at The Black Summit Resort in Laax. A newly built apartment with 203m2 of living space. South & West facing balconies with 32m2, with great views of the mountains to the South and up to Craap San Gion. Wifi Internet, IPTV, and Netflix as standard. Integrated Sonos sound system. iPad digitally controlled lighting, window blinds & multi-media.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Die Skibushaltestelle zur Bergbahn (Laax Murschetg) ist direkt vor dem Haus. Man benötigt mit dem kostenlosen Skibus lediglich 5 Minuten bis zur Talstation. Einfacher geht es nicht!
