Casale immerso nella Natura

Benvenuti a Montevento! La porzione di casa in affitto fa parte di un antico casale in sasso risalente al 1600. Luogo perfetto per immergersi nella natura, ci troviamo a 700 mt s.l.m. , ai margini di un castagneto secolare e del bosco. E' possibile godersi varie passeggiate tra cui il sentiero CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola passante davanti alla casa. Raggiungibile solo attraverso mezzi privati, dista 45km da Bologna, 48km da Modena e 100km da Firenze. La strada di accesso al casale è asfaltata.

L' appartamento "latorrettadiriola" è all'interno di una torretta costruita nel 1860 dal conte Mattei , ristrutturato nel 2016 , è dotato di : al piano terra una camera matrimoniale con un ampio letto e di un bagno .caldo ed accogliente ,dotato di ogni comodità . Al piano primo, raggiungibile con una singolare scale a chiocciola in legno , si trovano una camera matrimoniale ed una cameretta con due letti singoli ed un bagno . Dispone di un cortile ed una terrazza in cui potreste riposarvi .

Vicino a negozi, farmacia, pub, ristoranti e pizzeria . E' immerso nel verde con sentieri CAI, ideali per passeggiate, trekking e bici. Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

Appartamento accogliente con ingresso indipendente, ubicato al piano terra di una villa bifamiliare con giardino. A soli 500 metri dal centro del paese in zona poco trafficata (le uniche auto di passaggio sono quelle dei residenti), offre la possibilità di soggiornare in zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde ma a due passi da tutti i servizi. Scuole, negozi, medico di guardia, farmacia ecc. sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
