Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

La casa si trova in posizione privilegiata sotto tutti gli aspetti, in contesto residenziale e tranquillo su strada privata a due minuti a piedi da due meravigliose spiagge e a 10 minuti a piedi dal paese e da tutti i servizi. E' fornita di tutti i comfort e dispone di parcheggio privato incluso all'interno della proprietà.

Appartamento a piano terra di una villa, dove sono presenti 2 appartamenti. Ogni casa ha i propri spazi esterni. in casa: due camere da letto, una matrimoniale, l'altra può essere doppia o matrimoniale, unendo i due letti . La finestra della seconda camera non ha vista. i due bagni della casa hanno entrambi la doccia. il grande soggiorno/cucina si affaccia su vista mare meravigliosa, esposta ad ovest, quindi esposta al tramonto. L'arredamento della casa è moderno e di buon gusto.

Siamo a 6/7 minuti d'auto dalle spiagge di M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, ecc..Il nostro Paese ha, al centro , un piccolo borgo medioevale ed intorno altri siti storici antichi . E' ad un altitud. di 220 m , nei pressi ci sono boschi che danno un alternativa alla giornata in spiaggia . Dal P.le Belvedere si vedono le isole del Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo e l'Argentario...... Data l'altitudine la temperatura è gradevole sempre. Su internet , San Piero - paese dell'isola d'Elba.

Podere S.Lucia - Isola d'Elba

Il Podere S. Lucia è in una località tranquilla nel centro dell'isola dalla quale, in pochi minuti di auto è possibile raggiungere sia Portoferraio, il paese più vicino, che le bellissime spiagge della costa Nord dell’isola. La struttura è composta da un bilocale, ben arredato e composto da camera da letto (letto matrimoniale e divano letto 1 piazza) cucina, bagno e uno spazio per mangiare all’aperto. La struttura si trova in una porzione di villa rusticacircondata dal verde.
