Great base for your Ice castles, kayaking the pemi, Biking or hiking the White Mountains. Cozy living room with flat screen smart TV, High speed Internet wifi, workstation with comfortable chair, coffee station, well appointed kitchen if you would like to dine in. Comfortable new bedding. Host has allergies so service animals create a health issue

Large 1 BR, 1.5 bath first floor apartment within a 2 family home. The home is in the heart of downtown, just a 5 min walk to all that Meredith has to offer including its quaint shops, numerous restaurants & bars, as well as the shores of both Lake Winnipesaukee, and Lake Waukewan. This location is a great home base for your outdoor activities. When you return from your day of fun warm up by the wood burning fireplace. This charming home and its location will not disappoint!

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

We have a private and cozy spacious one bedroom walk out garden style apartment on Lake Opechee. This backyard walk out has a fireplace, private covered patio area as well as use of the grill, fire pit, canoe and kayaks. Off street parking is available. We consider ourselves inclusive, supporting every type of visitor.
