Entry room has sofa/bed, dining table & kitchenette. Suite accommodates a couple or 2 individuals comfortably. $25/person/night charge for more than 2. Two-night minimum stay (4 for ACL & SXSW). Discounts: 7+ days (15%); 28+ days (30%). 31+ days saves you 17% hotel occupancy tax as well. Longer term discounts and advance booking inquiries welcome.

This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. This space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed. Luggage storage available.
