The Backyard Airstream

Well here is your chance? I have a cozy spot for two. It is a unique space for you to plant yourself for a few days or even longer. The the Airstream is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, in my backyard, just 15 mins from downtown and the airport. Come hang out in my garden in The Backyard Airstream.

A guest suite in my home separate from the rest of the house. You have your own entrance, and private Hot Tub. Located 19 miles south of downtown Austin, 16 miles to the airport and just 5 minutes from the Manchaca Bar seen. You are going to Love this little getaway! The property sits an an acre lot with lots of mature trees. The indoor space is a three room cozy space: bedroom, bath and traveler's kitchenette- Microwave refrigerator. No stove or sink. Great outdoor space. Very private.

You're 1.5 miles from Whole Foods, Kerbey Lane Cafe, Chuy's Tex-Mex, Costco, and many other amenities, all of which are accessible by walking trails. The Airstream is within a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and Barton Springs pool. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pets.

Think vintage country cottage charm meets royalty. If you're seeking sanctuary then stop here and take a deep breath… or two… or three, and stay a while. This magical one-bedroom studio apartment is nestled in a quiet South Austin neighborhood. Tall trees, big yards, and on occasion cross paths with one of our neighborhood peacocks. Village Yoga Sanctuary offers on-site yoga and massage with open yoga / movement / meditation space and massage temple.

Urban Micro-Farmstay Airstream

Come stay in a remodeled Airstream trailer from '76 on a the remains of a very small urban farm (1/2 acre) on the hip east side of Austin. There are sometimes pigs at the farm, but always chickens (we have recently downsized the goats and rabbits). Located a very short walk from the MetroRail MLK Station, allowing access to downtown in minutes without the hassle of parking or getting an Uber. The bus line also runs close by.
