We're located in a rural setting, ten minutes north of Duncan. This a two acre property on the base of Mt. Prevost and Mt. Sicker, intermittently run as a hobby farm with various farm animals, along with the family dog (Sawyer) and cat (Finnegan). Hiking trails nearby. Ten minute drive to shopping centre and downtown Duncan. Direct highway access and scenic rural routes. Excellent location for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) a nice rural farm experience!

This 1350 sqft fully-furnished one-level home with wrap-around deck was built in 2017. The home is surrounded by 8 acres of quiet forest, and only steps away from a multitude of recreational trails. The Bunkie is ideally situated as a 'homebase' from which to explore all that beautiful Nanaimo, and Central Vancouver Island has to offer!

The suite is bright and cheerful, one bedroom with a double sofa bed in the living area. It is fully furnished with a full kitchen, complete bathroom facilities and washer/dryer. Tzouhalem (Zoo-Halem), a popular hiking/mountain biking and walking destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Our suite is inspected and legal.
