This house is walking distance to the college, restaurants and night life, library, Amtrak station, post office and many more amenities. Our cape has a clean, crisp bohemian/modern vibe filled with artwork, that will ensure you that you are away on a relaxing vacation. The yard is fully fenced with outdoor dining and grilling and is pet friendly.

This charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage features a great room with a kitchen and spacious entertainment area. The great room opens out to a fully covered large porch and outdoor seating area overlooking the 12th hole of The Golf Club at Mattaponi Springs. Comfortably sleeps up to 16: each bedroom has a pair of queen beds. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom. There is a 6B/6b on property as well.
