The Bag Inn features a fire place, walk in shower, and soaker tub. It is 1000 sq ft complete with separate bedroom, large luxurious bath, living and dining space. Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

It is not the best fit for families with small children. It is a clean and roomy (almost 900sq ft), well lit space with ample windows offering secluded views of a creek valley. Less than a mile from historic 3rd St, it provides a centrally located urban sanctuary ideal for a couple’s getaway or buddy retreat.

Experience a cozy wood stove, dome with view of stars and an out of this world hot shower with views. McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!

Cozy Countryside 1 bedroom Loft

Our cozy loft is the perfect place to kick up your feet at the end you wine tasting days. We are within an easy drive to many local wineries around Dayton, Carlton, McMinnville, Dundee, and Newberg and the area's many offerings. Our loft sits atop our property shop detached from our main home, with its own entrance and private deck. Enjoy the back lawn in any season and the view at any time of the day.
