Downtown/Steps from Market Square

This downtown condo is located on Market St. and is in the perfect location to enjoy Knoxville. Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

Enjoy the view onto your private courtyard from the windows that make up the majority of the back wall of the common kitchen/living/dining space. Chill out on the couch or cook a gourmet meal with family and friends. Two large en-suite bedrooms welcome you to your nightly rest. And even though we are downtown, noise is nearly always minimal.
