Dalle finestre dell'appartamento, al secondo piano, si può ammirare il paesaggio circostante dal Monte San Vito lo sguardo passa verso la Penna di Lucchio, le Torri di Popiglio fino alle cime inconfondibili del Libro Aperto. Non passa inosservato il famoso Ponte Sospeso, illuminato anche di notte. Il paese di San Marcello è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.

A 1 km dal Lago della Ninfa e Passo del Lupo punto di partenza delle piste da sci. L'appartamento e' dotato di tutti i confort. A piano terra si trova il ristorante dell'Agriturismo.
