Aprili house

Aprili House is arranged over two floors and is built in the style of a typical Sighnaghi house, with glass galleries and connected rooms. The house is spacious with wooden floors and traditional stone and the interior is painted in white and pastel colours. Two bathrooms feature natural river stone showers with a washing machine downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker and fridge-freezer. For winter use, warm and cosy with central heating and underfloor heating on the top gallery.

A house is not just a place-its a feelings and hope that after your stay,you will leave filled with only positive emotions and impressions.This house carries a rich history,and during its renovation,we did our best to preserve its spirit and story.Please forgive the age of some items-they were necessary to retain that spirit. In the morning,you will be awakened by the chirping of birds,have coffee with a view of the Caucasus Mountains and take a walk in the world-famous Lagokhedi Nature Reserve

The top, street level floor of an old Sighnaghi house built into the hillside on a quiet street overlooking the Alazani Valley with outstanding views of the mountains. With three comfortable bedrooms the house is perfect for a group or a family wanting a relaxed and private self-catered stay. Location is close to the center woking down to the gorgeous views to the mountains and to the Alazani welly. from the center it takes 5 minutes walking to the destination less than minute. The rental place is first floor of our home and contains 2 private apartments, with huge shared balcony , which looks over spacious layout, and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, our attention to detail in and furnishings ensures a comfortable and luxurious stay for our guests.

Ludwig Guesthouse at Lagodekhi protected areas

The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.
