The property has a 12-acre fishing pond (bring your own life jackets), playground, beautiful seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, 9 hole putt putt course, ping pong in recreational facility. The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A reserved parking place is right next to the entrance. the back door opens right to the pool area for a relaxing place to unwind. This unit is set up like a hotel room with no full kitchen. Mini fridge, microwave and coffemaker are provided.
