Ett mysigt rum i närheten till hav och tennis

Ett enkelt och mysigt rum i närheten till havet, stationen, skog och Båstad. Observera att rummet är enkelt och litet, ca 10 kvm inklusive badrum och kökspentry. Boendet lämpar sig framför allt för en person men det finns möjlighet till vistelse för två personer. Området är väldigt lugnt utan nämnvärd trafik. För dig som vill komma ifrån bilkörningen finns det cyklar att hyra. Från hösten till tidigt på sommaren kan utrymmet användas som studentboende till ett mycket kraftigt reducerat pris.

A fresh apartment in the basement of our house with separate entry and with all the facilities. Coop Supermarket & bus-stop infront of house, No pets, no smoking inside the house. Bathroom is a little bit across cinema-room and across the hall. Light cooking is possible. Bedsheets & towels not included in the price, can be arranged at extra cost of 50SEK per towel & 50 per sheet . As cleaning charges are not included in the price, you have to leave the room in condition as you recieved.

Accommodation for cyclists on the Kattegattsleden

The accommodation consists of a newly renovated apartment with double bed and trinite kitchen. In the kitchen there is what is needed for your own self-catering. Own toilet with shower from 2023. The accommodation is suitable for cyclists passing on the Kattegattsleden or for people interested in bird watching as there are numerous birdlife centers in the immediate vicinity. Location 200 m from the beautiful beach. 100 meters to bus stop, line 314 with good connections to Halmstad.

Högskolan ligger 1,7 km bort, 150m till busshållsplats, 2,5 km till närmaste badstrand och 10 km till Tylösand. Fullt utrustat kök, badrum, egen ingång och gratis parkering ut med gatan. Du har nära till naturen då folkparken med promenadslingan runt Nissan och gallberget 1,5km bort med promenadslingor.

The guest suite is newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located on 9 hectares of mostly forest and surrounded by hundreds more. In the middle of nowhere yet only 10 minutes to E4. The hosts are a Swedish/American couple and are available on site. Pets are welcome! Rustic luxury!

Stuga på 12 kvm med underbart läge i den lummiga trädgården. Dusch, wc och pentry med direktingång via trapphus. Pentryt har kylskåp ,kokplatta, micro mm, dock inte stekmöjlighet. Uteplatser i trädgård. Gratis parkering utanför huset. Lugnt och tyst villaområde. Avstånd till havet 200 m, centrum 800 m och hamnen i Båstad 1500 m. Busshållplats ca 100 m från huset med anknytning till Båstad station ca 10 minuter från här. OBS ! Egna sängkläder och handduk medtages.
