The Old Bakery Flat

The Bakery Flat is situated in the heart of Sutherland, in the village of Lairg. It is a central location for touring the Northern Highlands and is just 15 minutes off the NC500 route. It is an ideal flat for either a single traveller, a couple or a small family. There is a double sofa bed in the living area. Lairg has many amenities including 2 shops, a fuel station, a train station, post office, 2 restaurants, a pub, café and visitor centre. It also boasts forest walks and a beautiful Loch.

Located in the heart of the North Coast 500. (NC500) makes it an ideal accommodation for exploring the Scottish Highlands for a short or long stay. The Armadilla Pod comfortably sleeps two guests which can convert from 2 twin/ 1 double bed. Cairn Pod is equipped to a high standard with private parking and luxury home comforts.

Corry Cabin - near NC500, secluded & offgrid(ish)

Corry Cabin is a super get-away for anyone travelling around Scotland on the NC500 or on your own adventure looking for a unique and homely stay. Off-grid-ish, it has all the amenities you would need for day-to-day life including a sink, mains water due to licensing, mains electric, free wifi, a shower and toilet. Corry Meadow is a working croft, go on an adventure then come home to a cosy fire and a comfy bed. FROM MID NOVEMBER TO END MARCH we switch to winter mode because of frost.

The perfect stop for those interested in walking, cycling or wildlife. This quiet and tranquil cottage is surrounded by magnificent scenery and wide-open spaces. In Sutherland you can enjoy fantastic beaches, distilleries, castles, golf courses, and much more.

Please Google or read the description in the photos of what a bothy is. If expecting a five star hotel do not stay here. Bothy with a comfy bed. One up from camping. enjoy the beauty and simplicity of the Strath Oykel scenery. A gas stove and a loo with a view. The Bothy benefits from a fire pit to enjoy sundowners and northern lights from, looking onto a loch. There is also a log burner for those chillier evenings. Bring drinking water and food. Everything else should be there.

Enjoy pure tranquillity at Per Mare Per Terram

Per Mare Per Terram is a cosy cabin that boasts breath taking views of Loch Broom and the surrounding Munros. Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. The cabin is equipped with a fridge, microwave,kettle, toaster and excellent wi-fi. It also has a shower room and modern composting toilet.

Newly renovated in 2021. 2 bedroom semi detached house,comfortably sleeps 4 people. An excellent base for exploring all over the highlands. Ideal for fishing, walking, golfing and touring holidays. Located in the heart of the village of Lairg right next to one of the local shops and petrol station. Easy walking distance to all village amenities like the Ferrycroft tourist information centre, forest walks, hotel with public bar, shops, and Pier cafe and restaurant.

We are a working Croft in the heart of the highlands overlooking Loch Shin, with views of Ben More Assynt. Where a warm welcome awaits you. Come and explore what Sutherland has to offer from walking, canoeing and cycling to fishing and a good game of golf all within easy drive. Spend the night in either Whisky or Skipper. One of our pods named after our dogs. Take a seat on the deck with a cuppa or a glass and watch the world go by.
