Biohof-Maurer mit guten Aussichten

Unser Bauernhof liegt auf 1175 m Meereshöhe, 15 Gehminuten oberhalb des Südtiroler Sonnendorfes Lajen. Wiesen und Wald umgeben unser Haus. Sie können wieder bewusst die Natur erleben, den Vogelstimmen lauschen und die saubere Luft atmen. Die artgerechte Rinderhaltung zeichnet unseren Biohof aus. Sommer - Bewegung in der Natur • Im Grünen rund ums Haus die Seele baumeln lassen • Wanderung im angrenzenden Wald und den Vogelstimmen lauschen • Wanderung auf dem gemütlichen Feldweg zum Antonius-Kreuz, frische Luft einatmen und den Rundblick ins Eisacktal genießen (5Min.) • Wanderung auf dem historischen Poststeig von Klausen ins Grödental und die bunte Herbstfärbung erleben • Wanderung zum Lajener Hausberg Raschötz (2100 m) und die Schönheit der Dolomiten bestaunen (3 Std.) • In nur 20 Autominuten die Umlaufbahn auf die einmalige Seiseralm erreichen Winter - Zauber der Natur • Den Wald bei Neuschnee erleben • Die verschneite Landschaft bestaunen • Rehe beobachten und Fährten aufspüren • Rodeln und eislaufen • In nur 15 Autominuten das bekannte Dolomiti-Superskigebiet im Grödnertal erreichen (Sella Ronda, Abfahrtspiste Saslong). Im Sonnenverwöhnten Dorf Lajen die Wiege des Minnesängers Walther von der Vogelweide und nur 500m von unserem Hof entfernt finden sie 2Kirchen 3Gasthöfe Pizzeria 2Gemischtwarenhandlungen 1Bäcker 1Metzger 1Apotheke 1Bank Sportplatz und Mehrzweckfeld. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bus) sind auch in 500m Entfernung von unserem Hof zu erreichen. Weiters sind auch 2Taxiunternehmen im Dorf Tätig. Die Bewirtschaftungsform und das Bäuerliche Ambiente macht unsere Unterkunft einzigartig. Tradition und Technik zu verbinden ist eine große Herausvorderung. Wir sind bestrebt den Hof nachhaltig zu bewirtschaften was nur Bio-logisch ist. Wir haben unsere eigene Wasserquelle mit einer sehr guten Analyse welche zusätzlich mit Grander Wasserbelebung abgerundet wird. Den gesamten Strom erzeugen wir durch eine Photovoltaikanlage und erreichen hier eine Co² Einsparung von ca. 13.000 Kg Jährlich.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.
