Nestled in the shade of the Lake Almanor Pines neighborhood, our rustic cedar cabin boasts the comforts of a secluded getaway with the convenience to many nearby attractions including Mt Lassen National Park. Launch your boat at the Marina ($40+/-) or Canyon Dam (Free) to have a fun-filled day of water sports or fishing. Visit Bailey Creek Golf Course, golf or play Pickleball at Lake Almanor County Club, visit local restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store, microbrewery, and gas station nearby.

Hiker's Retreat Cabin

Cute cabin for two! Set in the midst of Plumas National Forest, Paxton is very secluded. Walking distance to the beautiful Feather River and our own private sand beach. Hiking, swimming and tubing. Close to Lake Almanor, Bucks Lake, the quaint towns of Quincy and Belden, snowshoeing, fishing and many other outdoor activities. We also have a Little Tree Library with books for all ages, or little games to play. Plus, we include many lawn games right here on the historic Paxton Lodge property.

Spacious lake front home facing Lassen Peak and just a few houses up from Rec 2 Beach. Enjoy all the great amenities provided by being inside the country club gates. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, playground, and 2 boat launch areas. This home is on driftwood cove road with tons of space and privacy. The home has several levels and lots of stairs between the driveway, main house and dock on the water. The home is well equipped with board games, and puzzles for use by our guests.

Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience
