With the lake being less than a five minute drive and the river located directly in front of the house, there is no better place to get out of the heat. This beautiful charming 3 bedroom 2 bath newer home is located on Bailey Creek Golf Course. The home boasts an elegant wood cabin feel with all the modern amenities and comforts. Enjoy dining indoors or out on the large patio overlooking the 1st fairway and the clubhouse. Each bedroom sleeps two guests. Air mattress is available if desired. The spacious modern kitchen is ideal for cooking and dining and is open to the living area which boasts a grand view of the golf course through bay windows.

Close to Lake Almanor, Bucks Lake, the quaint towns of Quincy and Belden, snowshoeing, fishing and many other outdoor activities. We also have a Little Tree Library with books for all ages, or little games to play. Plus, we include many lawn games right here on the historic Paxton Lodge property.

Day trips to Lassen National Park, and Caribou Wilderness are also great explorations!

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
