Casa Marroquí (formerly known as Muzzen Muzzef) was designed by our parents after their trip to Morocco in the 70s. Its arches, domes and stained glass details are some of the enchanting architectural features they so admired and wanted to bring home with them. This unique property meets the shores of Lake Atitlán, which is one of the most wonderful lakes in the world. It is perfectly suited for those who long for tranquility and privacy. It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!
