Tiny House by Winooski Falls, Vermont River House

River House is across from the Winooski Falls and is part of Burlington's historic mill neighborhood. It's a 10 minute walk to the Winooski Circle which is full of restaurants and activity. Downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain are a 10 min (2 mile) drive away. This unique, arty tiny house features hardwood floors, a small kitchen and bathroom, and a shared outdoor space. Eva was so excited to be named the most hospitable host in Vermont by Airbnb in 2021. Come visit to find out why! ;)

This newly built modern rustic mother-in-law cottage offers a convenient place to stay while exploring the Burlington/Winooski area. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, a local grocery store, and a brewery. Beautiful, 1 BR guesthouse

Lovely, light filled guest house built in 2019. Situated on 12 acre property with lovely views, starry night sky, great biking, hiking and x-country skiing from the cottage. Adjacent to Raven Ridge Natural Area with short hike offering beautiful views of the valley and Lake Champlain. Hinesburg, Bristol and Vergennes are 10-20 minutes, 30 minutes to Burlington and Middlebury. 2 hours to Montreal. Please don’t try booking for the April 2024 eclipse - I have family coming!

This is a stand alone studio cottage with a lovely screened porch. Our cottage is located on our 7 acre residential lot. This is not a rural property. We work hard on all our gardens, with a lovely pond . Perfect spot to enjoy the Autumn foliage as well to go off leaf peeping in the Adirondacks. You can take advantage of the Plattsburgh City Beach and two Local State park beaches within a few minutes drive, all beaches offer a sandy beach, and swimming.

You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. Camper living in Vermont winters. Owners on-site. Camper is winter ready and offers an affordable place to stay close to the lake views. Plenty of on-site parking for boats/trailer. We are close to the NY ferry but you don’t need to take a ferry to get to our place.
