Our home is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Bristol; our private guesthouse is only a few minutes walk to town with great restaurants, a few bars, shopping, and specialty stores. The village of Bristol is in the heart of the Green Mountains close to Middlebury and Burlington, major ski areas, Lake Champlain, minutes to Vermont's best mountains, rivers, swimming holes, fishing, hiking, and biking. We have lived here over 25 years and we will be happy to guide you any way we can.

This is a newly renovated space in our historic 1895 Vermont Schoolhouse. We live in the home, but your space is completely private with its own private entrance and deck! 10 short minutes from Stowe, this is the perfect location for a Vermont getaway. Space includes one queen bed in a sleeping loft, and a pull out couch in the main living area. Large shower, kitchenette, private porch and beautiful country setting! Enjoy the cozy warmth of the gas fireplace in winter, the cool respite of river wading in summer, or brisk nights around the firepit after a day enjoying gorgeous fall foliage or biking on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. While rural, you're central: Smugglers Notch Resort 18 minutes, Jay Peak 30 minutes, Stowe Mountain Resort 40 minutes, Jeffersonville's art galleries 10 minutes.

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

The Garden Studio

Nestled in Burlington's Hill Section, The Garden Studio offers comfort and elegance to guests who will enjoy the king bed and stone fireplace. The mini kitchen area has a view of the courtyard with its seasonal fountain, flowers and bird feeders. You will enjoy the central location with walkable access to Burlington's famed Church Street Marketplace, the vibrant South End Arts District as well as the University and Lake Champlain.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
