You’ll find purified water throughout and the property is fully enclosed for privacy and peace of mind. Step out onto the patio seating area including a table for 4 in a lush garden. Take a dip in the solar-heated pool or lounge in the mirador with stunning views of Lake Chapala and the mountains.

Best location! Spacious and comfortable with lots of character. Oversized bedroom with KING SIZE BED. LARGE bathroom (double sinks, walk in shower). Private terrace and extra large Mirador (roof top patio) with mountain and lake views. Fully stocked kitchen supplies with all the comforts of home. Large garden with fountain and Pergola for your enjoyment. Walking distance to the center of town with, restaurants, galleries and boutiques. Walk to the lake and enjoy the Malecon (boardwalk).

Fully remodeled all modern home in Chapala Central. entire home with beautiful garden! Amazimg location and yet still quiet. the space comes with many extras such as a bidet... clean water out of the faucet lots of water pressure for your shower and a 30 gallon hot water heater. not that common in mexico. the sheets and towels are high quality. this is a beautiful premium space very comfortable and convenient. we have either a king size bed upstairs or two singles. down you have air bed
