Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Il Roccolo is a very special building. Its appearance in the Lombard territory dates back to 1800. The aim was to have a structure suitable for logging. La nostra casa nel bosco è un'edificio tipico in muratura ristrutturato nella primavera 2019. Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura ideale, per famiglie o coppie in cerca di relax e romantica intimità. Vista sulle montagne della Valchiavenna, con ampi prati ad uso giardino. Ciclabile a pochi metri, possibilità di numerose escursioni, 10 minuti da Chiavenna, 30 minuti dal Lago di Como e dalla Ski Area Valchiavenna.

Adatto a chi vuole godersi una pausa dallo stress quotidiano, immergendosi nella natura a 360 °, senza tuttavia negarsi i comfort che possono essere facilmente raggiunti in 5 minuti di auto. Lo chalet è circondato da 800 mq di giardino, oltre i quali si trovano il bosco e la vista sulle alpi.
