The unit is part of a 2-family house and this listing is for the entire second floor. There is off-street parking with enough space to fit 2 cars. The house is located directly off the main street of Southington (Center St) and less than a 1-minute walk to multiple restaurants/bars/shops. Guests are required to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.
