Lakefront Cottage: Beautiful Sunsets and Bass Fish

Visit us lakefront in beautiful Lake County, California for sunsets, award winning wines and hiking adventures! Our home offers 2 acres to run and play! Well behaved pets are welcome. Private boat ramp for all of your water toys! Boat dock fits 2 boats. Electrical outlets provided for bass boats. Due to negative experiences we will not rent our home to those without reviews. This is a policy that we have agreed to with our neighbors and the sheriffs department. Thank you for understanding.

Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. I reserve right to cancel questionable local bookings.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Love Shack

Come stay in the good vibes of the Love Shack. Built for one of my sons and his sweet love to escape his mother's hearing range.... It was built to be inviting to snuggle up in and enjoy. The cottage is comfortable and charming with a newly added bathroom and kitchen area. The back deck faces the morning sun, where you can sit and drink your morning, coffee . Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Middletown. All folks, races, LGBT friendly.

From the gorgeous kitchen to the charming bath, a lot of thought has gone into the guest's experience! With amazing views of Cobb Mountain and Mount Saint Helena, this studio offers a peaceful place from which to explore the area. The deck is very large. The comfortable seating are is a great place to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, cookware and small appliances needed for cooking. Extended stays are welcome!

Our take on "mi casa su casa" is "My house is your house= Oars House" Light and airy newly built guest house with private entrance (side of the house contact free), kitchenette and full bathroom. Located blocks away from the public docking and with easy parking right in front of the main house. You will have a wifi, internet, smart TV, new window unit air conditioning, and heating. Perfect place for traveling workers.
