Our cozy space is equipped with all you could need for a short or long stay (including laundry). We are a 5 minute walk to Historic Harrison Ave and restaurants, 1 block from the Mineral Belt Trail, 24 mins to Copper Mountain, 10 to Ski Cooper, 30 to Frisco, 45 to Vail! Beautiful views of Mt. There is no kitchen (No cooking or washing dishes, yay) Connected to a large family home but is separate from the household. 2 blocks to Main Street & 7 mi to Cooper. No children under 12 please. We are a block off downtown and just a short walk to all the great restaurants. The mountain views of White River National Forest off the deck in the back are AMAZING! 15 minutes to Ski Cooper and 25 minutes to Copper. Lots of toys and board games for the kids and a charcoal grill in the back for summer time grilling! 4K TV, 100 Mbps Internet with WiFi, tons of DVDs, XBox, Satellite TV and Apple TV in two rooms w/access to Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and other apps.

Massive and Elbert (Colorado's highest peaks) can't be beat. Three blocks to downtown Leadville. Ride, bike, hike, and ski right outside your door. Gear Down is located in a three unit building. There are also ski resorts such as Ski Cooper which is ~15 minutes away and Copper Mountain with just a 30-minute drive.
