As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. The Lake House

Cozy coastal house on Umatilla lake. This charming home is newly built and fully furnished with up to date amenities and utilities. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our comfortable home has room for the whole family! Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two canoes and a kayak all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.

(Ruby Lee) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo) , pig, (Wilbur) and a lamb (Gracie) Fenced in property, I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically.
