Swim, boat, ski & fish or take in the changing seasons from the sauna. We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, bees, ants & mosquitoes. Though we clean just hours before your stay spiders can & will spin a web in that short time.

Hideaway Lakehouse

Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and our peaceful surroundings. This is a single-family home on a Lake, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have a large fire pit with seating for roasting marshmallows. Excellent fishing (with an IL fishing license). A short drive gets you to every store you can imagine in Antioch, we are 15 minutes from Gurnee Mills, one of the largest malls in the U.S. as well as Six Flags Great America amusement park. There is also ice fishing.

Come relax at Turtle Beach Marina! Rent a Pontoon, Kayak, or even a Wave Runner. Spend the day at the beach and at the beach bar (Beach bar is open Thursday through Sunday until the first weekend in October). Quaint cottage has 2 bedrooms with a full bed in each. Up to 4 people allowed. There is no oven but has a 2 burner electric cook top. A grill is also available. Beach themed cottage is completely remodeled. 💜

Take it easy with family and friends at this one of a kind classic lake house located on an island. It has a huge flat yard with over half an acre of open space for your favorite yard games. Relax on the pier, grill out and take advantage of the beautiful sunsets. End your your nights with a lakeside fire. The location has multiple eating and drinking establishments within a half of a mile away.
