Relax on the screened in porch, around the fire pit or in front of the wood burning stove. You might even catch sight of the many deer in the area that love to visit the feeder in the back yard! Drive 15 minutes and you’re in lovely downtown Winnsboro with antique shops, restaurants, farmers market and grocery shopping.

This is part of a 15 unit short term rental property. 1 mile from boat ramp and state park for Lake Bob Sandlin! and 2 other lakes. The entire resort is also avail for large groups. 15 minutes to Mt Pleasant, Tx! about an hour north of Tyler! Park you boat at your front door! Dogs under 40 lbs, please add dogs as additional guest at time of booking.

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
