YEAR-ROUND outdoor in-deck HOT TUB! You’ll be ON THE WATER! Perfect for any size group. Spectacular sunsets from the covered porch or private dock. Relax in the OUTDOOR HOT TUB. Enjoy a peaceful lake view and listen to the loons. SKIERS, we are a short drive to three major ski resorts; Stowe, Jay Peak, and Smugglers Notch. Amazing restaurants and pubs are nearby, and a great general store is down the road. Bring your snowmobiles and snow shoes! Trails are everywhere, right outside the doorstep.

Our treehouse is a haven of well-being, peace, and elegance. In our stunning modern treehouse we have brought relaxation to a whole new level. Surrounded amongst us is nothing but woods & wildlife. An experience not to be missed. Put your favorite movie on the projector, get Zen in the cozy sun room, jam out to music on the record player, or grab a towel, and head for the custom cedar hot tub. Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.
