Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

It has all the comforts you need for your short or medium length stay. A home away from home while you explore the high country and the north east- enjoying our snowfields, nearby lakes, bike riding, walking, horse riding, wineries and more.

Enjoy a drink on the deck in the warm light of the evening, take a leisurely walk along the Yarra River to see the kangaroos in their natural setting or an easy drive to the famous Yarra Valley wineries.
