A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

This unit is smack in the middle of downtown and overlooks Front Street and the Cascade Mountain Range. This apartment is on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs. The apartment is pet friendly, however, we charge $25+tax per pet per night.

We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.
