Come stay at our Cozy quaint suite located in the historic downtown Lake Davis neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to a quiet neighborhood market, 1 mile walk to downtown Orlando with entertainment and the Downtown Farmers Market. Less than 30 minutes to the worlds greatest attractions Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World etc. The beach is a 1 hour drive. One car parking. The room is connected to a family home you’re able to hear guest next door. Not for parties . Please NO pets.

Space was designed with luxury appointments, for the upscale traveler to be comfortable as well as someone seeking accommodations with better offerings than that of what hotels have to offer. With 2 King beds in the bedrooms our space is big enough to fit your entire group.

This fully furnished 1/1 apartment, comes fully equipped with all the necessities you need for your vacation or short stay to Orlando, The City Beautiful. We have fully remodeled our house and would like to share the experience with you. The bedroom come with California king bed. Our kitchen has pots, pans, plates and silverware, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning wake up! We have our laundry machines in-house and yes, you can use them.

Renovated Downtown Private Efficiency Lake Eola

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for legality. Info will not be shared. Check in information will not be shared unless rental agreement is signed and valid ID submitted. Must climb a few stairs to get in. There is a stocked kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, (no stove). The tv has Netflix, amazon prime, and a digital antennae. Please note this is a studio. It is a small place to crash.
