(bring your fishing gear!). We offer Kayaks, Paddle boards, fire pits, a pavilion with a traeger grill and a volleyball net for you to use and enjoy. We are located just minutes from the famous Lake Fork, Lake Tawakoni and Canton Flea Market! Bring your family and/or friends to this private resort for a memorable experience!

Lake Front Cabins: 1.5 acres, zip line, SUP, kayak

Escape from work and daily life! Our property is ideal for family gatherings and friend get-a-aways, but also suitable for a couples retreat, it offers a main cabin and a tiny house (that sleeps 4, available for an additional fee) on 1.5 acres of beautiful tree-filled lake front space for you to roam, play, and be fully present in the company of your fellow cabin mates. There are no shortage of activities 2 standup paddle boards, 2 kayaks, zip line, ninja set and lots of yard games.

A Little Countryside Paradise

Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

Greenponder Ranch

Barbara’s Bungalow at Greenponder Ranch is country living at its best. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, boasts a secluded location (1/2 mi. from road frontage) nestled snugly in the trees on a private 3-acre pond. If you’re the active type; fish in PJ’s Pond, try your luck at our 9-hole disc golf course, (discs are available for extra charge)or test your skills at corn hole and horseshoes. If relaxing is more your speed; enjoy the view from the covered porch or the waterfront patio.

Completed in 2016, Sunrise Lodge is a first class lodging experience w/ a peaceful, rustic vibe! Beautiful lake view in most convenient location on Lake Fork next to Lake Fork Marina! Large deck, bbq grill, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, & high sped wifi plus a covered "boat port" that holds 2 fully equipped bass boats! Sunrise Lodge features one of the largest fish scenes of record fish caught at Lake Fork as well as fish mounts throughout & private boat launch! A must stay!
