Ce bâtiment, aujourd’hui résidence privée, est lié à plusieurs temps forts de l’Histoire du XXe siècle. C’est à l’Hôtel du Parc qu'ont eu lieu les négociations pour la résolution du conflit algérien et qui ont abouti, le 18 mars 1962, à la signature des accords d’Evian.
