Living room with wall of glass doors opens to spacious deck. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or unwind in front of the TV. Kitchen provides space to cook and room for 6 to gather. In the open-air loft, you'll find a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 3/4 bath with tub. Park-like yard features dock and firepit.

Double doors lead out over a catwalk to the elevated boat deck with diving board. 11ft cantilever rotating umbrella can cover the hot tub and fire pit table. There is a fireplace for cozy evenings & 5.1 surround sound home theater in the front room.

Property includes a ONE BEDROOM cabin and SEPARATE BUNKHOUSE, both with full baths. The Bunkhouse is available to parties with more than 2 guests, or who require more than 1 bed. It has its own lockbox. Access to Bunkhouse is an additional $20/pp per night.
