Public boat launch across the street, 15 miles to Clemson University for football games and more and only 45 miles to Greenville and two hours to Asheville NC!

Lakefront getaway on Lake Hartwell! This spacious lakefront home has room for everyone. Spend your mornings enjoying your coffee on the lakefront screened porch. Afternoons can be enjoyed on the extra spacious covered dock providing for sun and shade where you can sunbathe, Kayak, P.Board, just float around. You can fish, dock your own boat or your own jet ski. A community boat ramp is nearby. Relax by the outdoor gas fire pit on deck and BBQ with the Weber grill. Great fun in the games room.

We have several kayaks, paddleboard, water tubes, carpet islands and games to build memories to last a lifetime. 4 night minimum May-August.

Public boat ramp is close by on Arrington Dr. 1 king, 1 queen and 1 kids bunk.

Add’l guests will incur a $50/night fee.
