The Caretaker's cabin is tucked into the forest and is 1700 sq/ft of wow. Newly furnished with custom log furnishings; can accommodate 8+ if sleeping on the microfiber sofas are ok. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal, washer/dryer and 2.5 bathrooms SmartTV can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies. NO SMOKING IN THE SPACE only at the fire pit

One Particular Cove ... on Lake Hartwell

Bring your fishing rods, boat, jet skis, floats & water toys to enjoy off the dock in our quiet cove! BBQ the fish you caught on the gas grill ... or sit around the fire pit & talk about the one that got away, as you watch the sun set over the lake. In the morning, enjoy your coffee relaxing on the patio while you listen to the sounds of the lake coming to life. There are many species of birds to be found here, so bring your binoculars & see how many you can find. Relax, you're at the lake!

My place is close to parks, the city center, and restaurants and dining. There is great outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It is minutes away from Clemson University and to the Football Stadium. I will gladly give you a ride to the stadium! The apartment is great for families during football games! I also have a second unit for rent, in the same house. It sleeps 6-7 people.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Our home would be the perfect stay to watch the Tigers Play! We are just 5 miles from Death Valley! You can take a stroll to Pendleton square; it is 1 mile away! There you will find some delicious restaurants, cute shops and a fun atmosphere. Our home is great for elementary kids! We have a pool that is fenced in, a separate yard with a swing set, obstacle course, and toys for their entertainment! We look forward to hosting you at our home!
