Toccoa Guesthouse.

Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

Your Charming Country Cottage

Whether you need a country getaway or a place to lay your head after a football game, our cottage in the foothills of upstate SC is the perfect spot for both. You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

The Guest House By The River

Our Guest House is a quaint little place perfect for couples getaway. It is located on Chauga River, with a great swimming hole and beach. Perfect location if you are interested in River rafting (Chattooga River rafting is near by). If you enjoy hiking, fishing or just enjoying outdoors this is the place for you. Guest House is located to the right of the main house, but it is private. We would love to have you!! Close to Clemson, Cashiers, Highlands, Chattooga Belle Farms.

1,200 square foot apartment over a quiet barn on a cul-de-sac of a lake community. Near I-85, T. Ed Garrison Livestock Arena, downtown Pendleton, Clemson, and Lake Hartwell. Perfect for Clemson football games, horse/livestock shows or trail riding at Garrison Arena, lay over with horse, graduation, visiting your college student, fishing tournaments, or vacationing near Lake Hartwell. Private loft apartment on 25 wooded acres, sits separate from main farm house. Private deck overlooking the woods. Everything you need for a cozy stay. Located on the edge of the Blue Ridge Escarpment with lakes Jocassee and Keowee just a few miles away. Numerous state parks, hiking, biking , waterfalls and kayaking or just peace and quiet. We are a sustainable homestead with an organic garden, chickens ,quail, dogs and cats. Our water comes from a natural spring.

Lakeside Getaway

Fishing tournaments, College games or just relaxing in this cozy farm style retreat on Lake Hartwell. Private and secure parking for a fishing boat/trailer and close to both Clemson and Anderson University. Ideal for both summer and winter enjoyment. The dock is in a secluded deep-water cove, for swimming, fishing or using the kayaks (2) or SUP. We also have room if you choose to bring your own boat. We look forward to your stay with us.
